Refund and Cancellation Policy
It is hoped that your experience in booking a sound bath with The Sound Meadow is a positive one, and we endeavour to bring you an immersive sonic journey at an affordable price.
However, sometimes the nature of live classes and life don’t always work out, so please read below to find out about our cancellation policy.
Cancellation by You:
If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your booking, please make contact with The Sound Meadow as soon as possible by emailing robert@thesoundmeadow.co.uk.
We are very happy to try and accommodate you on another convenient date. Bookings can usually be made up to two months ahead, so there is often an alternative available.
Cancellation by Us:
Should there be a need for us to cancel a session, (e.g. bad weather, illness, etc.) we will contact you by email to notify of the cancellation.
In the first instance we will try to arrange another date. However, if no alternative can be found, you may request a full refund back to the original method of payment.
Please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 working days to process.
