On Friday 20th December, The Sound Meadow will be holding an extra special sound bath to celebrate the Winter Solstice.

This will be a longer session than usual (90 minutes), and will allow participants the chance to sink deeper and travel further into the warm embrace of meditative sound.

Prices are £20 per person and includes a warming winter drink following the session (non-alcoholic).

Please note that this session will be held at St. Wilfrid’s Church in Gilstead.
